Kansas City, KS – Woman Killed, Driver Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on College Pkwy & Delaware Dr

Kansas City, KS (November 4, 2025) – A tragic collision outside Kansas City Community College claimed a woman’s life on Sunday, November 1, and left another driver injured. The accident happened around 9:15 a.m. at the intersection of College Parkway and Delaware Drive, according to the Kansas City Police Department.

Investigators said a truck was heading south on College Parkway when it collided with a car crossing the intersection from Delaware Drive. The impact left both vehicles heavily damaged and several occupants injured. Emergency responders rushed to the scene to assist the victims.

Paramedics transported the driver of the car and a female passenger to a nearby hospital. Sadly, the woman later died from her injuries, while the driver was treated for non-life-threatening wounds. Police confirmed the truck driver sustained minor injuries and is cooperating with investigators.
