Gilliam, MO – Three Injured in Car Crash on MO-240 at Route M

Gilliam, MO (December 11, 2024) – Three people were transported to area hospitals with injuries following a car crash that occurred in Saline County on Tuesday evening, December 10.

At around 4:40 p.m., a 2012 Jeep Compass was traveling on Missouri Highway 240 when it collided with a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado near Route M. Both vehicles were totaled as a result of the accident and had to be towed from the scene. An infant male, an 18-year-old female, and a 22-year-old male all sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The three victims were transported to University Hospital by Slater EMS for emergency care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
