Oak Grove, MO – One Hurt, One Killed in Route F Auto Wreck

Oak Grove, MO (November 18, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident was reported in Jackson County that claimed the life of a 73-year-old woman from Oak Grove. The collision was reported to officials at around 5:15 p.m. on November 15.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado crashed into a 2008 Honda CRV near Route F and Corn Cemetery Road. The impact of the crash caused the Honda to collide with a 2024 Kia Seltos. All three vehicles were severely damaged in the crash and had to be towed from the scene. Two people involved in the accident, identified as a 63-year-old female and a 73-year-old female, both from Oak Grove, Missouri, were both severely injured. The victims were transported to Centerpoint Medical Center. Authorities confirmed that the 73-year-old woman died from her injuries after arriving. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
