Valley City, MO (November 22, 2024) – The Missouri State Highway Patrol was called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that resulted in injuries. The collision occurred at around 5:40 p.m. on November 19 in Johnson County.
Official reports show that a 2013 Mazda CX5 was traveling on Northeast 600th Road during the evening hours. As the vehicle attempted to turn into a private driveway, it collided with a westbound 2016 Chevrolet Cruze just one-half mile from Northeast 851st Road. Both cars were severely damaged due to the accident. A 62-year-old woman involved in the accident was injured. The victim, who is from Knob Noster, Missouri, was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center for emergency care. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
