Topeka, KS (June 15, 2026) – A Topeka car accident involving three vehicles left at least one person injured Sunday afternoon at the intersection of SE 29th Street and Fremont Street.
The collision occurred on June 14 at approximately 12:15 p.m. and involved a white Dodge Durango, a green Kia Forte, and a black Kia K4. Police, fire crews, and AMR personnel were dispatched to the scene after reports of an injury crash.
According to preliminary information, the three vehicles collided at or near the intersection, prompting an emergency response to assist those involved and manage traffic through the area. At least one injured victim was evaluated at the scene before being transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
Authorities worked to clear the roadway and investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash. Motorists traveling through southeast Topeka experienced delays while emergency crews remained on site.
The factors that contributed to the collision have not yet been released. The incident remains under investigation by the Kansas Highway Patrol.
