Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://kc-attorney.com (the “Site”), operated by Wallentine Injury Law, LLC (“Wallentine Injury Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and your participation in our text messaging program. By using the Site or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or opt in to text messages.
No Attorney-Client Relationship; Not Legal Advice
The content on the Site is for general information only and is not legal advice. Contacting Wallentine Injury Law, LLC by text message, phone, email, or through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after we have confirmed that there is no conflict of interest and both parties have signed a written engagement agreement.
Until then, please do not send confidential or sensitive information about your matter by text message or through the Site’s forms. Text messaging is not a secure method of communication, and information sent before representation is established may not be protected as privileged. Information you send us before we agree to consult with you about your matter may not be treated as confidential and will not prevent us from representing another party in that matter.
Deadlines matter. Personal injury claims are subject to strict deadlines, including statutes of limitations and notice requirements. Contacting us does not stop any deadline from running, and we have no obligation to respond to, evaluate, or act on your inquiry unless and until we agree in writing to represent you. If you believe you have a claim, you should promptly consult an attorney.
Our attorneys are licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri. The Site is not intended to solicit clients in any other jurisdiction.
SMS Text Messaging Terms
Wallentine Injury Law, LLC may send text messages to follow up on inquiries you submit to us and, for current clients, to provide case status updates, reminders for important dates, and requests for documents. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary, and you will be able to opt out by replying “STOP” to unsubscribe or “HELP” for further assistance.

Opting out: Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.
