Fulkerson, MO (May 20, 2026) – A Fulkerson car accident on Tuesday morning left three people injured after a collision at the intersection of eastbound US-50 and Route AA in Johnson County. The crash occurred at approximately 10:28 a.m. on May 19.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol , the crash happened when a 2022 Honda Pilot traveling northbound failed to yield and crossed US-50 into the path of an eastbound 2005 Chevrolet Silverado. The Silverado struck the Honda in the driver’s side front door, and both vehicles traveled off the roadway following the impact.
The Honda Pilot, driven by a 61-year-old woman from Kingsville, Missouri, sustained total damage and was towed by Ron’s Tow. She suffered serious injuries and was transported to Research Medical Center in Kansas City for treatment.
The Chevrolet Silverado, driven by a 47-year-old man from Warrensburg, Missouri, also sustained total damage and was secured at the scene for private tow. The driver and his 44-year-old female passenger from Belton, Missouri, both sustained minor injuries and were transported to Western Missouri Medical Center. All individuals involved were wearing safety restraints at the time of the crash.
The investigation into the collision remains ongoing.
