Kansas City, Missouri (May 31, 2026) – A minibike operator has lost their life following a fatal Kansas City car accident on Saturday evening in northeast Kansas City.
According to investigators, the crash occurred on May 30 near the intersection of St. John Avenue and White Avenue. Officers with the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department responded to the scene and began an investigation into the deadly collision.

At the same time, an unrelated vehicle was making a left turn from westbound St. John Avenue onto South White Avenue. Authorities reported that a white minibike traveling westbound on St. John Avenue maneuvered around the unrelated vehicle and collided with the Chevrolet van as it completed its turn.
The impact ejected the minibike operator from the vehicle. Emergency medical personnel transported the victim to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police stated that the rider was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
