Raymore, MO (December 9, 2024) – Emergency crews were requested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Cass County and left two individuals injured. The crash took place at around 12:25 p.m. on December 7.
Official reports show that a 2022 Ford F-350 pickup truck collided with a 2002 Chrysler PT cruiser on the northbound side of South School Road. Authorities arrived at the scene and located both of the damaged vehicles blocking the roadway near 195th Road. The Chrysler had to be towed from the scene of the accident due to the extent of damage. The driver of the Chrysler, a 77-year-old man, and a passenger in the Ford, identified as a 70-year-old woman, both of Belton, Missouri, sustained injuries. Both victims were transported to St. Luke’s Hospital by South Metro EMS for emergency care. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
