The SUV, driven by 29-year-old Gandarilla Gleudis Pena of Kansas City, Kansas, entered the intersection and collided with a 2004 Toyota Camry that was heading east on K-92.
The Camry was operated by 62-year-old Matthew J. Grother of Ozawkie. Both drivers were alone in their vehicles at the time of the crash. Fire departments from Oskaloosa, Ozawkie, and Fairview responded to assist alongside emergency medical personnel.
