Kansas City, KS (July 24, 2026) – Late Tuesday evening, emergency crews were requested at the scene of a Kansas City pedestrian accident in which one person was hurt. The crash took place on July 21 along Interstate 70 near Interstate 635.
According to the Kansas Turnpike Authority, a 32-year-old woman driving a Honda Accord was traveling westbound on I-70 when she struck the rear of another Honda Accord that had been stationary on the roadway. After the initial impact, her vehicle continued off the road and collided with a barrier wall.
