Kansas City, MO – High-Speed Crash Outside Nightclub on Main St Sends Six to Hospital

Kansas City, MO (March 15, 2026) – A crash injured six people just before 1:00 a.m. Saturday, March 14, in front of Aura nightclub at 3832 Main Street in Kansas City.

Authorities reported that a Chevrolet Impala carrying five women had stopped in the streetcar lane while the occupants spoke with a bouncer outside the club. At the same time, a southbound Chevrolet Malibu traveling along Main Street from 38th Street struck the rear of the Impala.

The impact left both vehicles heavily damaged. Emergency units arrived and secured the area. Paramedics evaluated the occupants from both vehicles at the scene before transporting all six individuals to nearby hospitals for treatment. A Malibu passenger was in critical condition following the crash.

The identities of the victims have not yet been released. Officer Gonzalez said impairment appears to be a factor in the crash. The Kansas City Police Department continues to investigate the incident.
