Kansas City, KS (April 27, 2026) – A Kansas City car accident occurred Sunday afternoon on I-70 involving a semi-truck and two passenger vehicles.
The Kansas City, Kansas Police Department arrived near the Kansas Turnpike at 2:03 p.m. to secure the scene. A Honda Civic sustained heavy damage to both the front and rear during the multiple impacts. At least one person was hurt in the accident and reported head pain to emergency personnel. A dog was also located within one of the vehicles and safely removed by responders. Paramedics provided on-site care before transporting the injured to local hospitals.
