Kansas City, MO (July 21, 2026) – A fatal Kansas City car accident left two people dead and two others critically injured early Sunday morning, July 19, after a Ford Focus and Chevrolet Tahoe crashed on Highway 350 just east of Westridge Road.
At approximately 4:40 a.m. on July 19, the Ford Focus and Chevrolet Tahoe were both traveling eastbound on Hwy 350 when the Chevrolet rear-ended the Ford, according to the Kansas City Missouri Police Department.
Following the initial impact, both vehicles traveled off the roadway, went down a steep embankment, and entered a wooded tree line before crashing. The Ford carried a driver, a front-seat passenger, and a backseat passenger, while the Chevrolet was driven by one person.
