What Should You Do First?

Some injuries, like concussions or back injuries, do not show up immediately. You should also request a copy of the police report. Knowing how to get a police accident report in Kansas is crucial, as this report can play an important role in your case.

Understanding Your Rights

Kansas follows a rule called comparative negligence. This means you can still recover money even if you were partially responsible, as long as you were less than 50% responsible. Insurance companies may try to shift blame onto you. We work hard to protect you from unfair insurance tactics and fight for full compensation.

If your crash involved serious injuries like neck injuries or spinal damage, it is important to talk with a skilled car accident attorney. The value of your case depends on medical bills, lost wages, and how the injury affects your daily life.
