Missouri intersections require motorists to remain attentive to vehicles slowing, turning, or entering another roadway. These findings can help determine responsibility and whether an injured person has grounds to pursue a personal injury claim.

Why Is a Police Report Important After a Car Accident?

A police report provides an official record of important details surrounding a motor vehicle collision. It may include the accident date, location, drivers involved, vehicle descriptions, reported injuries, and observations made by the investigating officer.

After a Cockrell car accident, this information can help injured people and insurance companies understand the circumstances surrounding the crash. However, the report does not automatically determine who is legally responsible.
