Reeds Spring, MO (January 21, 2025) – A school bus accident occurred on January 21 at approximately 6:28 p.m. on US 160, one mile east of Reeds Spring, leaving multiple occupants with injuries.

According to reports from TPR. M Rolls #431 of Troop D, the crash happened when the 2024 IC school bus veered off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle struck several ditches and driveways before reentering the road. The driver, a 35-year-old female from Kissee Mills, sustained minor injuries and was transported to Cox Branson for treatment.

There were 15 passengers on board, primarily juveniles, ranging in age from 14 to 20. All occupants sustained injuries. Most of the injured passengers were transported to Cox Branson via personal vehicles or ambulances for medical care. The bus sustained only minor damage and was driven from the scene by the Forsyth School District.
