Overland Park, KS (January 15, 2026) – An Overland Park car accident involving multiple vehicles occurred Tuesday evening in the 15700 block of Metcalf Avenue, sending injured victims to local hospitals.
At around 5:55 p.m. on January 13, emergency responders rushed to the scene following reports of a crash. An undisclosed number of vehicles collided along the busy stretch of roadway, creating a dangerous scene that required multiple paramedics and police units to respond. The Overland Park Police Department closed lanes near the crash site as medics worked to stabilize the injured.
Injured individuals were treated at the scene before being transported for further care. The full number of victims has not been disclosed, but at least one person sustained injuries requiring hospitalization. Crews remained on-site to manage debris and begin the investigation into the cause of the crash.
