What Evidence Is Important After a Pedestrian Crash on an Interstate?

Evidence from a North Kansas City pedestrian accident may include vehicle damage, debris, tire marks, photographs, witness statements, surveillance recordings, dash camera footage, and electronic vehicle data. Investigators may also examine lighting, visibility, traffic conditions, and where the pedestrian and vehicles were located immediately before impact. Medical records can separately document the injuries and treatment resulting from the collision.

Can a Pedestrian Seek Compensation After Being Hit by a Vehicle?

What Happens When a Crash Involves a Pedestrian and Another Vehicle?

A North Kansas City pedestrian accident involving another vehicle may require investigators to reconstruct several events rather than examining a single impact.
