Kansas City, KS (June 24, 2026) – A Kansas City car accident involving two vehicles sent an elderly woman to a local hospital early Wednesday morning after a highway-speed collision.
According to reports from the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department, paramedics were called to the scene of a two-vehicle accident near Rainbow Boulevard in Kansas City. The incident was reported at approximately 3:06 a.m. on June 24.
Emergency medical personnel advised that an 82-year-old woman was the restrained driver involved in the collision. Responders indicated that she did not remember the crash and may have briefly lost consciousness following the impact.
