Kansas City, MO (December 22, 2025) – A life was lost Sunday evening after a fatal Kansas City pedestrian accident on eastbound Interstate 70 near Oak Grove.
On December 21, the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a serious collision involving a pedestrian. According to initial reports, a person on foot was struck by a vehicle while on the interstate. Emergency crews arrived at the scene and shut down the left eastbound lane as medics and investigators began their work. The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital but did not survive their injuries.
