Liberty, MO (January 13, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a multi-vehicle crash near the intersection of Route 291 and Liberty Drive in Liberty, Missouri, around 1:46 p.m. on Monday, January 12. According to initial dispatch information, at least one person sustained mouth and chest injuries, prompting medical responders to take immediate action.
Upon arrival, fire and rescue personnel from multiple units assessed the scene. In addition to the injured driver, several others involved in the crash were evaluated in a nearby parking lot. Medical teams checked these people for injuries, but all appeared to be fine after the initial evaluation. Fortunately, no life-threatening injuries were reported at the scene.
Liberty Police did not release any further details regarding the cause of the crash or the vehicles involved. Authorities continue to assess the situation.
